Award Overview
About The Project
The RESULTS Project is designed to raise awareness about the progress of toxics reduction work and about the dedicated, but often unsung, champions successfully addressing these issues.
We’re soliciting the high-impact campaigns of organizations fighting to reduce the use of toxic substances. These nonprofits are finding smarter ways to dispose of hazardous materials, evaluate products, raise safety standards and collaborate with influencers.
Your organization may have a great story to share about toxics reduction, and if so, we want to hear from you. Your story may reveal the remarkable results of one of your completed initiatives. Perhaps you have an exciting campaign that is ongoing or in midstream. Or, you may have a story that is just beginning, using ground-breaking concepts or strategic positioning to gain traction and succeed.
We launched The RESULTS Project to publicize these stories and, through in kind professional services, assist nonprofit organizations in sharpening their focus on results. A critical goal is to inform potential funders about your achievements and to attract more investment into the toxics reduction sector.
The Power of Your Story – Communication Enabling In Kind Professional Services Award
The RESULTS Project provides in kind professional services designed to support NGOs whose work is focused on toxics reduction on behalf of built environments, the natural environment and human health. The purpose of this in-kind assistance is to:
1. Publicly promote the success stories of nonprofits in the toxics reduction field whose work is generating impact with measurable results, with an emphasis on communicating with funder organizations. Our intent in featuring these success stories is to demonstrate that the results being produced by nonprofits working in toxics reduction stand toe-to-toe with other, more richly funded fields within the environment and health nonprofit sectors.
2. Provide nonprofits in the toxics reduction field vital strategic support. Our intent in enhancing effective public communication and assisting in the creation of new programs is to address the requirements for impact investing.
Award
This award is for in-kind professional services to be provided by The Fine Fund’s The RESULTS Project for storyline creation and dissemination, public relations consulting and program development aimed at impact investors.
